Hot Desking at Tribe Porty
Looking for a flexible coworking space in Edinburgh? Our hot desking packages are perfect for freelancers, creatives, or anyone who needs a working area just a few days a month—without the commitment of a full-time desk.
We have hot desk spaces available and five monthly packages to choose from. You can start at any time, and there’s no need to book ahead, just turn up when it suits you. Please note: hot desk days are counted per calendar month and don’t carry over.

Offices & Studios
Tribe Porty offers 13 office/studio spaces in a range of shapes and sizes. Those with office & studio space have access to Tribe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a feature on our website and a business address. Studio/offices range from £300-£950 pcm and require a 12 month minimum contract.
We don’t often have one available but you can put yourself on our waiting list through the link below.
Permanent Desks
There are 16 permanent desks in the Hub and the Works. These are available from £190 per calendar month with a 12 month minimum contract. You will be able to have your own desk, make it your own and enjoy the coworking atmosphere. Those with permanent desk space have access to Tribe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You also get a feature on our website and a business address.

We’re just a 5-minute walk from the Portobello Promenade, right on the beach and close to excellent cafes, restaurants, pubs, and independent shops.

Getting Here by Public Transport: From Edinburgh city centre:
Buses 26, 45, 15, and 49 all run frequently to Portobello. From East Lothian:
Regular bus services connect directly to the area.
Train: Brunstane Station is a 15-minute walk from Tribe and offers frequent trains to Waverley Station (only 8 minutes to the city centre). It also now connects to the Borders Railway.
By Bike: We’re bike-friendly! Tribe is located close to both the Innocent Railway Trail and the Portobello Promenade cycle paths. We also have a covered bike lock ups.
