In addition to flexible coworking, Tribe Porty offers unique and affordable space hire in Edinburgh for a wide range of uses, from creative workshops and community gatherings to wellness classes, meetings, and one-off events.

Space Hire Rates
The Works is our main coworking space and transforms beautifully into a welcoming venue for events, workshops, and creative activities. We’ve hosted everything from tabletop workshops and community markets to seminars and small group meetings.
Weekdays
Monday – Friday, 6:00-10:00 PM. Flexible timing, booking can start at any time within the access window.

| Day and Evening Hire | Up to 14 hours | £250 |
Bookings are based on fixed hire periods rather than an hourly rate. Please select the hire period that best suits your requirements. Your booked time includes set-up and take-down.
Additional time cannot be added to a booking unless agreed in advance and is subject to availability.

When you hire The Works, you get access to all three connected spaces:
Reception Area
- Seats up to 12 people
- Ideal for welcoming guests, breakout sessions, or quiet conversations
- Flexible use alongside your event setup
The Works (Main Space)
- Seats up to 18 people around three large tables
- Tables and chairs can be rearranged or removed to suit your event
- Great for meetings, collaborative workshops, or pop-up events
- Extra chairs and flexible setup available on request
- Maximum capacity of 50 people
The Kitchen
- Medium-sized kitchen for shared use during your booking
- Includes sink, dishwasher, fridge, and oven (no hob)
- Ideal for tea/coffee stations, light catering, or post-event socialising

Please note: event organisers are responsible for setting up and resetting the space.

- Coffee, tea, & biscuits – £2 per person
Discounts
Member Perk
Tribe Members (all permanent space holders and hot deskers who have been members for at least 6 months) qualify for a Member Perk Discount at 15%. We also have limited opportunities for free space hire to existing members to try out new ideas, share their skills, and create opportunities that benefit our wider community.
Loyalty Discount
Our loyalty discount to recognises customers making multiple bookings at the same time. Bookers making 4 or more Space Hire bookings at the same time will qualify for a 10% loyalty discount on those bookings.
The discount applies at the time of booking and is only available when 4 or more bookings are made together. It does not apply to bookings made separately or retrospectively.
