WFP with Ellie Harte

Ellie Harte on the Body’s Signals, Single Parenthood, and Getting Out of Your Own Head

Ellie Harte is a clinical massage therapist who has played sport most of her life which took her to Sports Science and eventually to a clinical massage therapist.  In this conversation, she reflects on what she’s learned through her hands-on work with clients, the slow shift from intellect to embodied intelligence, and how becoming a single parent forced her to find a different way of navigating life and work. Quietly wise and surprisingly funny, this is a conversation about what happens when you finally start listening. This is a conversation about the body as teacher and what it sometimes takes to pay attention.
