How you came to be at Tribe?

I needed an inspiring workspace to be in where I can get my head down, amongst others, away from the distractions of kids, my dogs and household demands. My social media handle for me is my Linkedin which is where you will find my blogs.

What makes you smile?

Seeing the creativity of community organisations as I see plants grow, neglected areas turned to be teeming with life, and hear the crackle of laughter of fun activities happening.

What do you like about Tribe most?

For me it is the atmosphere of everyone choosing to be doing the work they love to do, being themselves in their work, with dogs, flexibility and the joy of connecting as human beings at work.

What are you working on right now?

The work that is giving me joy is being on a coaching journey alongside two people who are leading the development of very different types of local voluntary organisations. One is at the core of change in homelessness provision and the other is families with disabled kids getting together and having a lot of fun and respite.
