In addition to flexible coworking, Tribe Porty offers unique and affordable event space for a wide range of uses, from creative workshops and community gatherings to wellness classes, meetings, and one-off events.
We host a vibrant mix of makers, facilitators, artists, and social changemakers, all bringing something unique to our shared spaces. Whether you’re planning a regular class or a one-time event, we have spaces that adapt to your needs.

The Works — Space Hire at Tribe Porty
The Works is our main coworking space and transforms beautifully into a welcoming venue for events, workshops, and creative activities. We’ve hosted everything from tabletop workshops and community markets to seminars and small group meetings.
This space is available for hire Monday to Friday, 6–10 PM and all day and evenings on Saturday & Sunday.
Weekdays: £30 per hour, available from 6PM.
Weekends: £80 for half days £160 for full days.
When you hire The Works, you get access to all three connected spaces:
Reception Area
- Seats up to 12 people
- Ideal for welcoming guests, breakout sessions, or quiet conversations
- Flexible use alongside your event setup
The Works (Main Space)
- Seats up to 18 people around three large tables
- Tables and chairs can be rearranged or removed to suit your event
- Great for meetings, collaborative workshops, or pop-up events
- Extra chairs and flexible setup available on request
- Maximum capacity of 50 people
The Kitchen
- Medium-sized kitchen for shared use during your booking
- Includes sink, dishwasher, fridge, and oven (no hob)
- Ideal for tea/coffee stations, light catering, or post-event socialising

Membership discounts
If you are a current coworker with a 5 day a month package or more or studio you automatically qualify as a member and receive a 15% discount. This discount also available to regular event bookings.

Included in the Price
- Fibre optic broadband
- Television- for presentations only (in reception)
- Chairs, tables (up to 40 chairs available and a mix of tables) – these are free of charge and you are responsible for setting up and taking down.
Additional Hire Costs
- Projector – £20
- Flipchart stand – £10
- Stationery (flipchart paper, markers, pens, post-it notes) – £10
- Coffee, tea, & biscuits – £2 per person
