Space Hire
In addition to providing flexible work and coworking spaces, Tribe Porty offers unique and affordable event space for all different kinds of activities which could be ongoing or one-offs. There is a strong community of makers and social shifters who bring brilliant variety to what is on offer here.
As a community interest company, Tribe aims to provide a space to help our community nurture and grow through supporting local people in work, art and quality of life. Partnerships and collaboration are a key part of Tribe and by using our space, you are supporting our work.
The Works

Weekdays: £30 per hour, available from 6PM.
Weekends: £80 for half days £160 for full days.
The Works
The Works is our main coworking space and offers a range of different options for your events and activities. We have hosted many different kinds of table top workshops, seminars, meetings and markets in this space to date. There are three areas of The Works which are included in the space hire and are only available from 6-10pm, Monday-Friday and 8.45am-5.30pm Saturday & Sundays.
- Reception space – Reception can seat up to 12 people at one time, it makes for a great welcome or break out space.
- The Works – Our main space can seat up to 18 people over three tables. It is perfect for meetings and workshops. The furniture can be arranged to suit your needs. We have additional chairs, tables can be moved to cater to larger groups.
- The Kitchen- This is a medium sized kitchen with sink, dishwasher, fridge and oven, no hob.

Membership discounts
If you are a current coworker with a 5 day a month package or more or studio you automatically qualify as a member and recieve a 15% discount. This discount also available to regular event bookings.

- Fibre optic broadband
- Television- for presentations only (in reception)
- Chairs, tables (up to 40 chairs available and a mix of tables) – this is free of charge if you are responsible for setting up and taking down.
Additional Hire Costs
- Projector – £20
- Flipchart stand – £10
- Stationery (flipchart paper, markers, pens, post-it notes) – £10
- Coffee, tea, & biscuits – £2 per person
