How did you come to Tribe?
I first came in for accupuncture, then Edinburgh Tool Library. Plenty of people told me great things about the coworking space and I was craving a bit more real life conversation during the work day!
What makes you smile?
Being outside and seeing the sun! A spontaneous good conversation, finding opportunity for creativity or a good hot chocolate.
What do you like about Tribe most?
I like the mix of people, the events and the groups of people that form in the community. The location close to the beach is special, too.
What are you working on right now?
I’ve just finished a PhD in soil carbon modelling (trying to predict the imapcat that farming practices have on soil) and am now freelancing as a science and research consultant. A lot of my work in the last decade has focused on answering sustainability and climate change questions with modelling. I’m interested in new ideas about utilising data to enable action for nature and reducing climate change.
