How did you come to Tribe?

We moved to Porty four years ago, connected with Anna Wood, and were looking for somewhere to work in the community. A perfect storm that led us to Tribe.

What makes you smile?

My kids making jokes that are funny & seeing them mature. A coffee, blanket and sitting on the balcony in the morning at home. A bobble hat to wear. Sun on my face. A good book. Seeing people realise and then release their potential. Making change happen.

What do you like about Tribe most?

The environment, both the physical and relational. It’s a wonderful creative physical space and a great encouraging community to be part of. The breadth and depth of people, the creativity of the surroundings and the life that is held within the community and expressed by the community.

What are you working on right now?

I’m starting to write a book. I’m working on some coaching environments for groups of leaders to be creative, dynamic and innovative together (breaking individualism, isolation and competition). I am working to empower entrepreneurs with social impact visions and ventures. Am trying to help 2 of my 3 kids navigate adolescence and my wife to build her business.
