I am a remote Talent Partner for a company called  Instant Impact which are an inhouse embedded Talent Partner for many organisations.

How did you come across Tribe?

I was introduced to Tribe by another member and took advantage of the buddy scheme they ran during the summer, from day 1 I was hooked.

What makes you smile?

I enjoy engaging and meeting new people , I also love my family and friends and I am a big animal lover particularly cats being the owner of 2 beautiful ragdolls.

What do you most like about Tribe?

I love engaging with people, being a fully remote worker I love coming here once per week and speaking to various types of people. I also love the office vibe, its fun , vibrant and Friendly.

What are you currently working on?

Part of my role is to headhunt and find the best talent for my client, I work on various types of roles which can range from Global Brand Managers to Key Account Managers.  No day is the same and it definitely keeps me on my toes. I have the pleasure of speaking to various individuals across the globe which is very intriguing and leads back to my love of engagement with people
