How did you come to Tribe?

I’ve known about Tribe since around 2016, through people that I met working at the University of Edinburgh. I always wanted to be a part of it but couldn’t find a reasonable excuse. Last year I started working for a fully remote organisation, Dark Matter Labs,  and voila, now I have an excuse to be here!

What makes you smile?

Being outside on a sunny day

What do you like about Tribe most?

The intention to create community; the beautiful design of the space; lots of outdoor space!; and being near the sea.

What are you working on right now?
Developing proposals and collaborations around community retrofit and neighbourhood-focussed Net Zero transition; understanding the depth and breadth of work my colleagues are doing on civic financing, neighbourhood governance, impact infrastructure, alternative economies and all kinds of other fascinating things. Our aim is to help create institutions, instruments and infrastructures for a more equitable, caring and sustainable future.
