DESCRIPTION:Take Stock & Set Goals 2026 \nWe have been developing the Year Compass workbook over the past 10 years and offer our annual Take Stock workshop. Take a breath\, slow down\, and reflect on where you are\, before deciding where you’d like to go. \nThis gentle evening workshop begins and ends with a guided meditation\, creating space to arrive\, settle\, and then close with intention. Through thoughtful prompts and structured reflection\, we’ll look back on the past year with honesty and care\, noticing what has supported you\, what has drained you\, and what you want to nurture as you move into 2026. \nThere will be time for a simple ritual of letting go \, an opportunity to release old thoughts\, habits\, or beliefs; alongside practical shadow understanding prompts and goal-setting that feels values-led\, achievable\, and grounded in real life. \nWhether your focus is work\, wellbeing\, creativity\, or finding more balance\, this is a supportive\, reflective space to think clearly about the year ahead. \nWe’ll share a warm cuppa\, soup and bread as part of the evening. It is your opportunity to pause\, connect\, and be nourished while you reflect. \nYou’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction\, a set of personal goals\, and a deeper understanding of what you want to carry forward. \nBring a friend and get a deal for 2 tickets.
