A workshop with Alex Durussel-Baker.
Getting unstuck starts with taking stock. Through drawing and prototyping, we will personify the things that are currently making us feel stuck. We will then practice identifying how to reorganise our time and learn to say no to things that do not feed our flow. We’ll also take a hard look at our favourite forms of procrastination and discover new ways to contain it.
Participants will leave equipped with a better understanding of what is making them feel stuck, learn hacks to move forward – minimising self-sabotage and finally, a concrete plan of action.
Here is some feedback from our 2018 members:
“Made me recognise how to manage bigger things I’d been putting off/despairing over”
“Such a refreshing way of looking at, how to overcome/manage the cult of busy”
“Tangible methods for turning an idea into reality”
“It was a brilliant practical way to tackle a huge block for me mentally + professionally”
“I’m going home now with a plan to implement NOW! Wow!”
