Our pregnancy class incorporates a blend of pranayama (breath) and asanas (postures) which aim to strengthen the body & mind in preparation for birth, as well as introducing postures which help counterbalance the general aches and pains of pregnancy. We finish each class with an opportunity to find some calmness in our busy lives and connect with our baby spending some time in deep relaxation.
As well as all of the benefits of the Yoga practice, the class offers a great opportunity to connect with other mums to be.
We welcome mums to be who are 12 weeks to full term.
