Mat Pilates is a group class of 11 participants maximum per class (Covid -19 Restrictions in place), performing all the Original Joseph Pilates exercises without apparatus. On a mat, we use small equipment if needed such as: Dyna Bands (or Towel), Tennis Balls, Bender Balls, Blocks, Pilates Magic Circle and your own body weight as your maximum resistance. Pilates teaches you to move as a one body from your powerhouse muscles. Classes are also great fun, with exercise sequences that…
