An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until 21st December 2020
Mat Pilates is a group class of 11 participants maximum per class (Covid -19 Restrictions in place), performing all the Original Joseph Pilates exercises without apparatus. On a mat, we use small equipment if needed such as: Dyna Bands (or Towel), Tennis Balls, Bender Balls, Blocks, Pilates Magic Circle and your own body weight as your maximum resistance. Pilates teaches you to move as a one body from your powerhouse muscles. Classes are also great fun, with exercise sequences that encourage you to always move to the next level if your body permits it. A variety of exercises are programmed to challenge you. These classes are a great social activity, as all group class participants are always willing to share their experiences and have a great time.
