An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until 30th April 2020
This is a Pilates class to improve the mother’s general Core Strength & Conditioning using all principles of Pilates and mat equipment. Improve pelvic floor muscle strength, core muscles, posture and general well-being. Please bring a floor blanket to your baby, some soft toys to keep them amused and happy for you to enjoy your hour of Post-Natal Pilates with the company of your baby. Classes are £40 per 4 week block.
