"Each experience is unique, but what seems to happen is that everyone gets what they need" Jo McCoy re: Gong Yoga Nidra “Just relax and let the sound of the gong take you where you need to go”. During this blissful 90 minute session, there will be a gentle warming up of the body, a seated Pranayam (breath work) deepened and supported by the Gong and then you will lie down and let yourself deeply relax…
