Conquer Gravity has been precisely designed using principles of Pilates, Callisthenics and Suspension Training to develop inner core, functional strength and improve flexibility. Conquer Gravity classes will enable you to master your body, making you stronger and more confident in every facet of your life, physically and mentally.
This class is designed to participants that fancy a challenge in their core stability, Pilates, coordination, balance and suspension training skills. Beginners are welcome, as there is always the modified exercises to suit everyone’s fitness levels and abilities.
