Mark is a bit of a self professed jack of all trades master of none (Yoga, Nutrition, Mindfulness). We slightly disagree and think his yoga classes are excellent. Mark teaches early morning Mysore Ashtanga Yoga on Monday and Wednesday mornings 630-830am and a lunchtime yoga class from 1230-130.
