The Original Mat Pilates
Come join us on Sunday evenings – to end the weekend on a high note, ready to tackle Monday!
Joseph Pilates’ original Mat exercises are fun, accessible and challenging, and will leave you with a warm glow and a sense of what he called, ‘spontaneous zest and pleasure’. The exercises flow one into the next, and will flex, extend, stretch and build strength throughout every joint in your body.
This class is suitable for anyone who loves movement – casual exercisers, gardeners and walkers, cyclists and runners, swimmers and dancers! Please note that you must be injury-free, not currently pregnant or recently post-partum to participate in this class.
