Overcome stress with the Alexander Technique

With our ever more complex lives, it can sometimes feel like we’re frantically juggling
priorities just to stay afloat. This workshop is an introduction to the Alexander Technique, a
practical embodying method for looking after ourselves better in daily life, enabling us to
become less stressed and more effective. Suitable for people with all levels of physical
