Current lifestyles often force us into a combined state of physical immobility and over-

stimulated minds. Julia will guide you through a sequence of gentle, floor-based movements,

informed by the Alexander Technique, that will develop week by week. The course will help

quieten minds and encourage flexibility and ease of movement, leading to a sense of calm,

embodied self-awareness.

Julia has been teaching the Alexander Technique for over 10 years, helping people find

greater ease and joy in their lives, and enabling them to tackle problems such as pain, stress

and tension.
