Apart from Kundalini Yoga, Chanan Tej Kaur is passionate about a healing force of the Heart, Mindfulness, and Meditation.
Chanan Tej Kaur is also practising Buddhist Counsellor, Mindfulness teacher and group facilitator. She trained with Caroline Brazier and David Brazier who are authorities on Buddhist Psychotherapy and Zen Therapy.
