Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.Develop a sense of stability and spaciousness and feel energised and restored.
This class is open to all levels.
Talented yogi, trained in the US, practiced internationally & taught at Yoga retreats around the world, Brigid Brennan will be running yoga classes at Tribe Porty as follows:
Tuesday lunchtimes – 12.30pm
Tuesday evening – 6.15pm
and for the month of January only: Yin Yoga on Thursday nights at 7.30pm.
