Exploring What Matters’ aims to balance the latest insights from scientific research, opportunity for discussion and time for personal reflection so that you can work out what really matters to you then act to make sure you’re living this day by day. The course has been created by experts in the field of positive psychology for Action for Happiness, endorsed by the Dalai Lama and is running in communities across the UK.
Saturday 22nd April, 10am – 12pm (for 8 weeks)
Through our weekly two hour sessions we’ll explore questions about what really matters to make life happy and meaningful:
Each session will give you expert views alongside time to talk about these themes with like-minded people and to plan for action in your own life. The course facilitators bring with them over thirty years of experience in creating supportive, stimulating group environments for adults and young people keen to explore big questions and create change. They bring with them their own experiences and enthusiasm for making their own lives, and those of others, fulfilling. If you aim to make change for yourself and for others this course is a great springboard. All are welcome.
