Embodied Spirituality engages our physicality to consider our inner being, the spirit that dwells in each of us.
These reflective movement sessions incorporate mindfulness practices and draw on somatic dance principles. Each session guides participants to become more self aware, making outward space for their inner reality.

Claire is a local dance artist. In her choreographic work, Claire uses reflective embodiment to develop performances about mental health—sparking healthy conversation.
