Chair Kundalini Yoga Class Description
This is an adapted form of Kundalini Yoga by Yogi Bhajan using the chair to make the exercises more accessible. The practice will include breathwork often combined with movement, meditation and deep relaxation. Because of the focus on the upper body and the absence of acrobatic exercises, it is perfectly suitable for newcomers to yoga who are in the second half of their lives, people with limited mobility, or those struggling to stay in seared positions for prolonged periods of time but who gravitate towards a spiritual practice.
